Ricky Lynn Keeling

Ricky Lynn Keeling, age 65 of Irving, Texas passed away on Thursday, November 24th, 2022. He was born on November 19, 1957, in Ada, Oklahoma to Clifford and Cleta Keeling, who both preceded him in death. Ricky graduated from Nimitz High School in 1976 and went on to work many years as a mechanic but was known in his later years as “Handy Man Rick” a jack of all trades. He was a passionate outdoorsman who lived for deer season and deep-sea fishing trips. Ricky’s love of all thing’s motorsports led to many miles on a motorcycle and countless hours either participating in or spectating auto racing events. While he was a man living life to the fullest, nothing in the world brought him as much joy as being a grandfather and simply spending time with his grandchildren. Ricky leaves behind Daughter, Kelly Morris, and her husband James Morris; Son, Wes Keeling, and his wife Danielle Keeling; Grandchildren Bailey Morris, Peyton Morris, Ella Morris, Savannah Morris, Isaac Keeling, Jaxon Keeling; Sister, Teresa Dunn; Nephews Toby Dunn, Trey Dunn. There will be a Celebration of Life for Ricky at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, December 7th at Chism-Smith Funeral Home.
