Renia Folsom, a beloved wife, mother, sister, and friend, passed away on July 6, 2023, leaving behind a legacy of love, strength, and unwavering faith. She was born on January 26, 1974, in Dallas, Texas, to the proud parents Ramona Roman and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Renia had a deep appreciation for the simple joys in life, cherishing moments spent with her cherished family and friends. Her unwavering devotion to her faith as a Christian guided her throughout her journey, providing her with a sense of purpose and a moral compass that she lived by.

Renia was known for her fierce loyalty and the willingness to fight for those she loved. Her unwavering determination and indomitable spirit were awe-inspiring. Renia was a force to be reckoned with, refusing to accept defeat and pushing forward with unparalleled strength.

Renia is survived by her loving husband, Robert Folsom, who stood by her side through thick and thin. Renia also leaves behind her sister, Tina Bocanegra, and husband Richard Bocanegra, as well as her brothers, John Christopher Ortiz Sr. and wife Vera Ortiz, John Carlos Ortiz and wife Ana Ortiz, and Victor Suarez. Her beloved granddaughter, Arielle Folsom, brought immeasurable happiness into Renia's life.

Renia was preceded in death by her mother, Ramona Roman, her brother, Roberto Samuel Roman, her aunt, Mary Jessie Mendoza, and her sons, Oliver Rey Sol Cruz Jr. and Robert Folsom Jr. Their memories will forever be cherished and held close to the hearts of those who loved Renia.
