Paula Fay Sims

Paula Fay Sims, age 69, of Dallas, Texas passed away Tuesday, June 21, 2022. She was born December 21, 1952 in Grand Prairie, Texas to William Raymond and Mary Frances Willingham. Her father preceded her in death as did her husband of 32 years, William Eugene Sims.

Paula earned her Bachelors of Business Administration from SMU. Paula was a dedicated employee for the past 23 years at National Bankruptcy Services, LLC where she was well loved by her coworkers and friends. She was a faithful member of Faith Baptist Church where she sang in the choir. Paula enjoyed spending time with her family, reading, and working puzzles.

She leaves behind Son, Jason Sims; Mother, Mary Frances Willingham; Siblings, Earl Ray (Betty) Willingham, Carla (Clint) Willingham, Roy (Sandy) Willingham, Tina (Michael) Parker, Kathy (Calvin) Roper, Janet Cailloux, and Randy (Gloria) Willingham; In-laws, Vernon Sims, Richard (Janie) Sims, James (Cathy) Sims, Thomas (Teresa) Sims, Vera Mowery, Danny (Brenda) Sims, and Nathan Parker; numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, her church family as well as a grand dog and grand cats.

The family will receive guests from 5-7 p.m. on Monday, June 27th at Chism-Smith Funeral Home. Funeral Services with be 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 28th at Faith Baptist Church, 111 W. Camp Wisdom Rd., Duncanville, TX. A private family interment will be Wednesday, June 29th at DFW National Cemetery.
