Michael Bryan Pope

Michael Bryan Pope, 29, of Irving, Texas passed away on Tuesday, November 24, 2020. He was born on May 2, 1991in Dallas, Texas the son of Robert Mercer and Amy Foster. Michael grew up in Irving, Texas and graduated from MacArthur High School. He enjoyed video games, NASCAR, movies and his dogs. Michael was an avid Texas Longhorns and Atlanta Falcons fan. He was a loving son, grandson, brother, and friend who will be dearly missed. Michael is preceded in death by his grandfather, Alvin Pope, and brother, Tyler Robison. He is survived by grandmother, Wanda Pope; mother, Amy Foster and husband, Richard; father, Robert Mercer and wife, Tonya ; brothers, Jared Robison, Chris Mercer; sisters, Alissa Bradshaw, and Haylee Collins; uncle, Billy Pope; among numerous great uncles, great aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and all of his gaming buddies online. Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 29th from 2-4 at Chism-Smith Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on November 30th at Celebration Worship Center in Irving, Texas at 11:00 am. Interment will immediately follow at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens in Irving, Texas
