Macario Hernandez

Macario “Mac” Hernandez Jr., age 63, of Irving, Texas, was taken to Heaven on Wednesday, January 26th, 2022. He was born on April 30th, 1958 in Dallas, Texas, the son of Macario Sr., and Carmen Hernandez. He joined his father, Macario Sr., who had passed away many years prior. Mac lived his whole life in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and worked much of his life for printing companies. He was a big fan of movies, especially westerns and Bruce Lee movies. When he wasn't binging on a tv show or funny animal clips, he was busy posting funny memes and photo tributes of his grandchildren. Mac adored his family and getting to spend time with them. He was known for his sense of humor and big heart. He was a good friend to many. He greatly loved his grandkids. Mac always dreamed of going to a tropical paradise, and now has gone to one in the sky. He is survived by his mother; two sons, three sisters, one brother, and three grandchildren; among numerous other family and friends. Visitation for Macario Hernandez Jr. will be Monday, February 7, 2022, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Chism-Smith Funeral Home / 403 South Britain Road / Irving, TX 75060. Rosary services will be held the same day beginning at 5:30 PM at the funeral home.
