John Rudolph Arebalo

February 6, 1946 — December 27, 2022

John Rudolph Arebalo, age 76, of Irving, Texas passed away on Tuesday, December 27, 2022. He was born on February 6, 1946, in Austin, Texas, the son of Paul and Maria Arebalo. Rudy grew up in Austin and went to Johnston High School. On August 10, 1966, he married the love of his life Stella Arebalo. Rudy worked as a lead pressman in the printing industry. He enjoyed fishing down in Rockport, Texas and going to WinStar. Rudyliked drinking beer, listening to Tejano music, and dancing. He spent most weekends during football season watching The Dallas Cowboys and The Texas Longhorns play football. He was a longtime University of Texas fan but was warming up to the University of Oklahoma. Most of all Rudy adored spending time with his grandsons Lucas and Logan.

Rudy is preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Maria Arebalo, and brothers Paul Arebalo, Jr. and Louis Arebalo.

He is survived by his loving wife, Stella Arebalo; sons: J.R. and Michael Arebalo, and daugher-in-law Jennifer Arebalo; grandsons; Lucas and Logan Arebalo; sisters, Marsha Gonzalez, Virginia McCann, Juanita Sepeda, Louisa Arebalo; brother, Andrew Arebalo; among numerous other friends and family.

Visitation will be held on January 6th from 3-7 pm at the funeral home with funeral services starting at 5:30 pm.
