Jennifer May (Caster) Yates

Jennifer May Yates, age 44 went home to her Heavenly Father on Monday, June 7, 2021. She was born on February 11, 1977 in Mena, Arkansas to Andy Caster and Betsy Ceja. Her father preceded her in death along with her paternal grandparents, Huitt and Gene Caster. Jennifer married Phillip Yates on February 22, 2016. She enjoyed crocheting, gardening and photography but the real love in her life was her family. Jennifer adored her children and granddaughter Elinor and loved to spend time with them. Phillip and Jennifer were moving from Virginia to Texas to be close to her family. Jennifer leaves behind her husband Phillip Yates; children Brittany Yates, Porsche Landry, Me’Sean Reyes; mother and father Betsy and Joe Ceja; siblings, Randy Caster, Olivia Ceja, Steven Caster and Joe Soto; granddaughter Elinor Yates; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews cousins and friends. There will be a Celebration of Jennifer’s life at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, June 14th at Chism Smith Funeral Home.
