Javier Tomas Rincon was born the youngest of 12 children in Piedras Negras, Coahuila, Mexico, moving to West Dallas at the age of 4. He loved science fiction, cars and sports - especially baseball. When he wasn't in a suit and tie for work or formal events, he was most often wearing a favorite jersey and hat. Being able to assist, coach, and mentor the players on the many teams he was a part of meant a lot to him and gave him many happy memories. He considered the friends he made through those teams his extended family, often helping out off the field whenever he could and filling in as a male role model and father figure to many. He also loved to cook, often coming over to visit his family and bring tears to their eyes with his salsa, or making the biggest, fluffiest tortillas while catching up on the latest events. He will be missed by many.
