Clifford Rayburn Holland, Jr.

Clifford Rayburn Holland Jr., age 75 of Mabank, Tx passed away on Monday October 17, 2022. He was born on January 24, 1947 in Sweetwater, Tx to Clifford and Olger "Odessa" Holland. They both preceded him in death along with a brother Marvin G Holland of Flower Mound, TX. Clifford married Mildred Ann on January 16,1999 in Irving, TX. He was a 1965 graduate of Irving High School and was an Eagle Scout. Clifford served in the United States Army then went on to the Dallas Police Department from 1966-1987. He then became the owner of AVVid Electronics and was known as "Mr Kenwood" and worked on Ham Radios for over 30 years and was a Ham Radio Operator. Clifford was a VFW Life Member of VFW Post 2494 Irving and Gold Life Legacy Member of the Department of Texas. He earned the honor of being All State Quartmaster in 2005-2006, a member of Cedar Creek Amateur Ham Radio Club. He is survived by his wife of 23 years Mildred Holland; Children, Kimberly Chitty (Michael), Clifford R Holland III (Tara), Jennifer Fisher (JP), Cheyenne Dickerson (Josh); sister Gwynn Shelton; a nephew and 2 nieces, several cousins, 13 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
