Bobbie Fay Boaz

Roberta Fay Huey Boaz, fondly known as Bobbie, was born on July 15th, 1928, in Kemp, Oklahoma, and departed this world on November 15th, 2023, surrounded by the love of her family. She was the beloved daughter of Myrtle and Usco Huey.

Bobbie spent her formative years in Stephenville, Texas, where she cultivated the values and principles that would shape her remarkable life. On May 30th, 1950, she embarked on a journey of love and companionship by marrying Theo Richard Boaz, with whom she shared a lifetime of joy and cherished moments.

Bobbie leaves behind a legacy of love and family devotion. She is survived by her loving children: Kathleen Watson (Steve), Vicki Travis (Dale), Ronald Boaz (Sonja), Susie Shelton (Stuart), and Micki Boaz.

Her memory will be carried on by her 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren, each a testament to the love and warmth she brought into the lives of those around her. Bobbie's impact on her family is immeasurable, and her spirit will live on through the generations she leaves behind.

She was fiercely protective of her family. She loved her Bible study, embroidery and baking chocolate pies. There was never a garage sales she could pass up. Christmas was her favortie time of the year.

She was a daughter,sister,wife,mother, grandmother and greatgrandmother. A special Nanny that was loved by all . She always thought of others first. She was passionate about her flowers, plants and fruit trees.

She enjoyed baking, cooking, and especially spoiling her grandkids and greatgrandkids.  In life we loved you dearly, in death we love you still, always and forever

Bobbie was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Richard (Dick) Boaz.

She will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. May she rest in peace, and may her memory be a source of comfort and inspiration to all who were fortunate enough to share in her life's journey.
