Alma Ramirez

Obituary Alma Ramirez, 85, of Irving, Texas, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Sunday, June 7, 2020. She was born on April 29, 1935 in San Diego, Texas, the daughter of Canuto and Martha Solis. Alma lived a full and happy life. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend. She was a very thoughtful, caring, and generous person. She will be remembered by all fortunate enough to have known her. She enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren, as well as cooking for her grandchildren and playing bingo now and then. Alma was preceded in death by her beloved husband Heliberto R. Ramirez and her son Ron Ramirez. She is survived by her two sons, Hector Ramirez and wife Rita, Raymond Ramirez and wife Pam, and four daughters, Rosie Bartlow and husband Matt, Anna Keller and husband Steve, Brenda Castillo and husband Oscar, and Lori Ramirez, 11 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren. She will be missed beyond belief, never forgotten and will remain always in our hearts. A Memorial Service will be 10:30 on Friday, June 19th at Chism-Smith Funeral Home with inurnment following at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens in Irving, TX. Service Information
