Alfred Jim Rios

Alfred Jim Rios Jr., age 26 of Irving, Texas passed away suddenly on Thursday, August 12, 2021. He was born on November 25, 1994 in Corpus Christi, Texas to Alfred Rios and Annette Gonzalez. He is preceded in death by his grandfathers David Gutierrez and Alejandro Gonzalez. Alfred enjoyed working on cars and riding motorcycles. He was a framer by trade and liked to do building projects for his friends and family. Alfred adored his wife and children and would do anything for them. Family meant the world to him and was always ready for family get togethers. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. He leaves behind his wife Britany Rios; children Brayden Dominguez, Aabri Dominguez, Nevaeh Rios, Aaron Dominguez, Alfred Rios, III, and a baby who will be due in March 2022; mother and step-father Annette and Ruben Gonzales; father and step-mother Alfred and Sandy Rios; sisters Justine Rios, Jeanette Rios (Ben Marino); maternal grandmother Juanita Pizana; paternal grandmother Yolanda Gonzalez; mother and father-in-law Kristi and Chris Blanton; father-in-law William Blanton; sister-in-law Nichole Graves; brother and sister-in-law William and Leslie Blanton; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. The family will receive friends from 3-7 p.m. on Tuesday, August 17th at Chism-Smith Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 18th in the Chism-Smith Funeral Home Chapel with interment following at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens, in Irving.
