Obituary Aaron Johnson, age 59 went to his heavenly home on January 1, 2020. He was born to Anthony R Johnson and Clarice Henderson-Johnson, on Valentine's Day, February 14, 1960 in South Bronx, New York. Aaron attended and graduated from Alfred E Smith HS, in New York. After moving to Dallas, Texas he worked for Dart Transit System, then moved to Wisconsin and worked as a chemical agent, later moved to Florida and attended a Trucking school and received his COL license. Aaron was married to Valerie Clement and had 3 children: Kia, Aaron Jr., and Kelshua Johnson. He has 3 grandchildren: Kaliyah, Kareem, and Keenan Johnson Aaron also known as "New York" had a BIG HEART, he never met a stranger, and everyone was a friend. Aaron had an infectious laugh that made you laugh even when you couldn't understand a word he was saying; because he was laughing so hard about what he was trying to share. Aaron was preceded in death by: His father, Anthony R Johnson, brother Anthony R Johnson Jr. He is survived by his mother: Clarice Johnson; children: Tikia Clement, Aaron Johnson Jr., & Kelshau Johnson, and cherished grandchildren: Kaliyah Johnson, Kareem Johnson, and Keenan Johnson; Siblings: Romaine (Wayne) Ragland, Re'Gine (Lemuel) Green, Hylise (Robin) Johnson, Rachelle (Clifford) Ragland, and Laydia Chester; Dearest Friend, Companion and Caregiver: Lois Owens; Along with a host of, uncles' aunts, nieces and nephews. There will be a Celebration of Aaron's life on February 1, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. at Chism-Smith Funeral Home. Service Information
